Job description ：
1、 Job Responsibilities.
1. As the head of the R&D team, coordinate the system operation of the company’s medical device R&D projects; Promote and optimize the research and development management system; Fully manage the company’s R&D and technical support work, and be responsible for the overall operation at the technical level.
2. Responsible for formulating the company’s technology development strategy plan and planning the company’s product line; Lead the feasibility analysis of the company’s new products and technologies, and be responsible for the technical feasibility of the new products;
3. Responsible for organizing and managing the overall core technology research and breakthrough work of the company’s products; Ensure continuous improvement of products already on the market; Lead and organize the technological development of new products and projects, as well as the application research of new technologies and materials, to promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements;
4. Organize and manage the R&D department to complete R&D tasks according to schedule, ensure R&D direction and progress, and make phased decisions and reviews of projects;
5. Establish and cultivate a core talent pool for R&D in the company, designate personnel training plans, supervise and guide the work of the R&D department, and build a high-performance R&D technology team;
6. Other assigned tasks.
2、 Job requirements.
1. Educational requirements. Major in polymer materials, biomedical engineering, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, medical devices, biology, etc., with a doctoral degree or above;
2. Experience requirements. Over 8 years of research and development experience in three types of implantable medical devices, and over 5 years of CTO management experience in medical device products; Or more than 10 years of research experience in biomaterials in universities and research institutes
3. Proficient in understanding the research and development process and key technologies of medical materials and biomaterials (three types of medical devices), with the ability to grasp industry development trends and make forward-looking choices for development projects;
4. Strong scientific research management and project organization management skills;
5. Good innovation ability, analytical ability, organizational coordination ability, and communication ability;
6. Independently undertake domestic and foreign company projects or domestic national and provincial projects, and be given priority for employment as a leading figure in the field of biotechnology;
