Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the development of testing modules/boards corresponding to RF chips, with signal frequencies covering 10M-8GHz;
2. Responsible for the architecture design, market research, and overall solution design of the testing machine corresponding to the RF chip;
3. Responsible for the detailed design of RF solutions and ensuring their implementation;
4. Solve problems and technical difficulties in the RF development process;
5. Responsible for outputting and verifying RF product testing plans, while resolving issues during product trial production;
6. Responsible for cutting-edge research and competitive research on testing technology corresponding to RF chips.
Job requirements.
1. PhD in Electromagnetic Fields, Electromagnetic Waves, Radio Frequency, Electronic Information, Radio and other related fields;
2. Proficient in RF/microwave/millimeter wave related basic theories and performance, proficient in RF circuit system analysis, circuit principle design, including block diagram design and circuit design;
3. Able to have a deep understanding of the technological development status of the industry, comprehend industry technology trends, product technology bottlenecks, manufacturing process bottlenecks, etc;
4. Proficient in operating microwave circuits and electromagnetic simulation software, proficient in RF testing equipment such as network analyzers, signal sources, spectrometers, etc;
5. Familiar with a certain type of wireless communication protocol, such as WiFi/LTE/5G, etc;
6. Experience in developing RF testing instruments, RF base stations, and RF equipment is preferred.
Research direction. Development of relevant modules for RF testing machines.
