Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for leading the organization of professional research institutes to innovate and complete scientific and technological research plans, consensus on the company’s scientific research direction, and formulating scientific and technological strategies and development plans for market competitiveness and technological leadership;
2. Coordinate various R&D projects of the company, clarify the division of responsibilities among all parties involved, and supervise the timely and high-quality completion of technical deliverables;
3. Coordinate the management of the company’s laboratories, organize audits of the construction of each laboratory, and be responsible for coordinating laboratory safety and standardized management;
4. Manage the Technical Expert Committee and promote the work of the Secretariat of the Technical Expert Committee;
5. Establish and improve departmental systems and processes; Standardize departmental archives and knowledge management; Management department performance and cost; Ensure compliance and safe operation of departmental work; Promote internal talent cultivation and team building.
Job requirements.
1. Full time doctoral student majoring in electrical and energy storage related fields;
2. Have more than 8 years of experience in technology research and development or technology management; Having over 3 years of team management experience; Lead or preside over at least one national level science and technology project or at least two provincial-level science and technology projects;
3. Rich experience in technology planning and project management in the new energy storage industry and new power system industry; Insight into industry development trends, attention to potential applications of emerging technologies, and comprehensive technology layout predictions;
4. Possess excellent innovative consciousness and ability;
5. Possess excellent team leadership and communication skills, as well as outstanding technical report writing and technology planning abilities.
