Job description ：
1、 Job positioning. As the B-role introduction of the General Manager of the Business Unit, report to the General Manager and Chairman of the Business Unit.
2、 Job Responsibilities
1. Business Operations. Responsible for promoting research and marketing work, leading the team to break down and achieve strategic goals, leading the company and customer business achievement, and participating in communication and cooperation with strategic partners and CRO companies; Comprehensive team management.
2. Project Financing. Responsible for company project promotion/transfer/cooperation and financing, and introducing investors.
3. Drug declaration. Responsible for liaising with relevant government departments and handling drug declaration procedures.
4. Organizational development. Responsible for the organizational development of Huarong Pharmaceutical, talent introduction, and enhancing team cohesion and combat effectiveness.
5. Market analysis and judgment. Responsible for tracking the cutting-edge progress of drugs in the global and company related fields, and providing evaluation opinions on the initiation and promotion of company projects.
3、 Work experience.
1. More than 5 years of experience in new drug research and development management in biopharmaceutical companies;
2. Led the entire process of new drug development from early research to market launch;
3. Priority will be given to those who have overseas work experience or have served as a top leader.
