Job description.
1. Master and collect technical information, grasp development direction, goals, and plans;
2. Undertake the development project of new negative electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries, responsible for and promoting project implementation;
3. Writing and declaring intellectual property rights.
Job requirements.
1. Graduated from materials science, polymer chemistry, carbon and other related majors, with a doctoral degree or a master’s degree with relevant experience;
2. Have knowledge of material preparation and analysis, and experience in the preparation and characterization of porous carbon materials;
3. Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively;
4. Have good teamwork spirit;
5. Diligent, focused, and responsible; Skilled in communication and expression; Good adaptability and affinity.
