The National Key Laboratory of Radio Frequency Heterogeneity Integration is recruiting full-time researchers/associate researchers/postdoctoral fellows
1、 Laboratory Introduction
The National Key Laboratory of Radio Frequency Heterogeneity Integration (hereinafter referred to as the Laboratory) has been approved by relevant national departments and is led by Shenzhen University, with the participation of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and ZTE Corporation. The laboratory conducts systematic and in-depth original and forward-looking basic research and core technology breakthroughs around the key scientific and technological issues of RF heterogeneous integration, understands the basic principles, masters theoretical methods and core technologies, forms RF heterogeneous integration capabilities, platforms and standards, and develops a series of RF heterogeneous integrated circuit systems that meet major national needs. Laboratory research will promote the development of lane changing overtaking in integrated circuits and the rapid advancement of information system integration technology, achieving a transformation and leap from integrated circuits to integrated systems.

3、 Application requirements
1. Researcher
(1) Obtaining a doctoral degree from a high-level university or research institution both domestically and internationally, possessing strong research capabilities, innovative thinking, collaborative spirit, and development potential;
(2) Researchers generally do not exceed the age of 40 and have the ability to organize research teams to conduct high-level research. They should generally have experience leading national level research projects, or have advanced professional and technical qualifications or equivalent work experience. Those who are particularly outstanding may have their age limit appropriately relaxed;
(3) Priority will be given to those with research backgrounds in microelectronics technology, RF integrated circuits and systems, electronic packaging integration technology, electromagnetic field microwave technology, and other fields.
2. Associate Researcher
(1) Obtaining a doctoral degree from a high-level university or research institution both domestically and internationally, possessing strong research capabilities, innovative thinking, collaborative spirit, and development potential;
(2) Associate researchers are generally no older than 35 years old, and applicants who have published high-level academic papers and achieved significant scientific research results are given priority;
(3) Priority will be given to those with research backgrounds in microelectronics technology, RF integrated circuits and systems, electronic packaging integration technology, electromagnetic field microwave technology, and other fields.
3. Postdoctoral fellows
(1) Obtaining a doctoral degree for no more than 3 years;
(2) Having a background in microelectronics, electronic science and technology, physics, chemistry, mechanics, materials science and engineering, and intelligent science.
4、 Term of employment benefits
1. The remuneration for full-time researchers/associate researchers is as follows.
(1) Salary and remuneration. an internationally competitive annual salary, and enjoy income such as research achievement rewards and research performance;
(2) Laboratory benefits. For outstanding full-time researchers, the laboratory will provide additional subsidies, research performance rewards, and other incentives on top of the existing benefits offered by the school;
(3) Career development. Those who have performed well during their school years and achieved outstanding research achievements can be recruited as pre employment or long-term teachers through the “Liyuan Liujing Plan”. If there are any adjustments to the remuneration policy for full-time researchers/associate researchers, the latest document regulations shall prevail;
(4) Children’s Education. 11 member schools of Shenzhen University Affiliated Education Group effectively ensure children’s education from kindergarten to high school;
(5) Healthcare. Shenzhen University has two large directly affiliated comprehensive hospitals built according to Class III standards, providing high-quality medical services, including annual health check ups;
(6) Household policy. Residents can settle in Shenzhen, and their spouses and underage children can apply for household registration.
2. Postdoctoral fellows
(1) Salary. An internationally competitive annual salary, with a comprehensive annual salary of approximately 500000 yuan; Shenzhen City provides a subsidy of 300000 yuan for postdoctoral fellows who have graduated, which will be used for research investment or pre entrepreneurial expenses;
(2) Laboratory benefits. For outstanding postdoctoral fellows, the laboratory will provide additional subsidies, research performance rewards, and other incentives on top of the existing benefits offered by the school;
(3) Career development. Postdoctoral fellows who meet the requirements can apply for professional and technical qualification assessment; Those who have performed outstandingly during their school years and achieved outstanding scientific research achievements can be employed as pre hired or long-term teachers through the “Liyuan Liujing Plan”;
(4) Housing policy. You can apply to rent school turnover housing with rental discounts;
(5) Household policy. You can settle in Shenzhen, and your spouse and minor children can apply for household registration with you;
(6) Postdoctoral fellows can apply for research project funding at all levels as responsible persons during their tenure at the station.
