Job description ：
1. Conduct demand analysis for rubber and plastic materials, and pay attention to the latest applications and development trends of rubber and plastic materials both domestically and internationally;
2. Develop a basic framework for the research and development of rubber and plastic materials within the enterprise;
3. Organize basic research, applied research, and R&D work on relevant materials within the work framework;
4. Research and analyze the problems in material research and development work, and formulate solutions;
5. Collaborate with the Materials Research and Development Working Group to enhance theoretical foundations and guide the resolution of practical production issues.
6. Major in Polymer Materials, with a PhD degree.
7. After graduating with a PhD, joined the company’s postdoctoral research workstation and collaborated with the company on material research and development projects.
