Application requirements
(1) PhD graduates or postdoctoral fellows from high-level universities or research institutions both domestically and internationally, with no age limit for applying as researchers.
(2) Ability to independently conduct scientific research.
(3) Has good English reading and writing skills, team management abilities, and communication and coordination abilities.
(4) Applicants with one or more of the following specialties will be given priority consideration. semiconductor polymers, nanobiomedicine, biophotonics, organic synthesis, drug delivery, neuroscience.
The remuneration for full-time researchers/associate researchers is as follows.
(1) Enjoy the treatment of associate researcher/researcher at Shenzhen University, as well as relevant social security and housing fund benefits at Shenzhen University. The salary is based on an annual salary system, with researchers earning an annual salary of 380000 to 500000 yuan and associate researchers earning an annual salary of 290000 to 380000 yuan, paid monthly by the Human Resources Department of Shenzhen University. The specific salary and benefits are determined based on educational background, research experience, etc. Those who meet the requirements can also apply for the “Lixin Award Plan” of Shenzhen University, and the school will provide an additional incentive salary of 48000 yuan per year (subject to the latest notice from the school’s human resources department).
(2) You can apply for various levels of scientific research project funding (such as National Natural Science Foundation, Guangdong Province, Shenzhen City, etc.) and talent programs as a responsible person relying on Shenzhen University.
(3) During the contract period, those who perform outstandingly can apply for pre employment or long-term teaching positions through Shenzhen University’s “Elite Program”, and those with outstanding achievements will be given priority recommendation.
(4) You can apply for school turnover housing, and the application conditions shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school’s logistics management department.
(5) They can settle down in Shenzhen, and their spouses and minor children can apply for household registration with them.
