Job description ：
1. Understand the development trend of cutting-edge refrigeration and heating technologies, grasp the future development direction of advanced air conditioning/heat pump technologies, including academic frontiers, industry trends, national policy trends, etc., and oversee the planning direction of the three generations of technology
2. Understand the potential technological development directions in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry or related industries, guide the exploration, research, and demonstration of innovative refrigeration and heating systems, new environmentally friendly refrigerants, cutting-edge refrigeration technologies, and their implementation methods
3. Combining cutting-edge technology research with the company’s current technological strength, based on innovative methodology, we will develop a medium – to long-term plan for the next generation of refrigeration and heating technology, and explore potential research directions
1. Experienced in technical planning, familiar with cutting-edge technological trends in the industry, and possessing insight into the development direction of the air conditioning/heat pump industry;
2. Having technical foundation, theoretical innovation experience, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to solve technical problems from a mechanism analysis perspective;
3. Breakthrough achievements in this professional field, such as national level patents or top tier papers published;
4. PhD or above, with over 10 years of work experience; Have work experience in universities or large enterprises;
