Application requirements.
(1) To obtain a doctoral degree from a high-level university or research institution both domestically and internationally.
(2) Ability to independently conduct scientific research.
(3) Has good English reading and writing skills, team management abilities, and communication and coordination abilities.
(4) Applicants with one or more of the following specialties will be given priority consideration. semiconductor polymers, nanobiomedicine, biophotonics, organic synthesis, drug delivery, neuroscience.
The postdoctoral benefits are as follows.
The contract period for postdoctoral fellows in schools is 2 or 3 years; The comprehensive annual salary ranges from 330000 to 380000 yuan, with an additional reward of 30000 to 50000 yuan per year for outstanding candidates in the laboratory, reaching 430000 yuan per year.
(1) Provinces and cities will provide a living allowance of 180000 yuan per person per year to eligible postdoctoral fellows, with a total amount not exceeding 360000 yuan.
(2) The school provides a comprehensive annual salary of over 150000 yuan; Outstanding postdoctoral fellows who meet the requirements can apply for the “Lixin Award Program”, and the school will provide an additional incentive salary of 48000 yuan per year (subject to the latest notice from the school’s human resources department).
(3) Excellent postdoctoral fellows who meet the requirements can directly apply for teaching positions through the “Liyuan Liujing Plan”.
(4) Postdoctoral fellows can independently apply for research projects at all levels as responsible persons during their tenure at the station.
(5) Postdoctoral fellows who meet the requirements can apply for professional and technical qualification assessment.
(6) Postdoctoral fellows can voluntarily choose to settle in Shenzhen.
(7) Shenzhen City provides a subsidy of 300000 yuan for postdoctoral fellows who have completed their postdoctoral studies, which can be used for research investment or pre entrepreneurial expenses.
(8) Provide welfare guarantees including but not limited to medical services, annual physical examinations, and meal subsidies.
(9) Provinces and cities have additional incentive policies for PhDs and postdoctoral fellows with overseas backgrounds.
(10) If there are any adjustments to the postdoctoral funding policy, the latest document regulations shall prevail.
