Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Target identification and validation. Guided by clinical value and market demand, propose innovative and differentiated pipelines, conduct in-depth research on targets, evaluate the effectiveness and safety of targets from multiple perspectives through in-depth investigation of disease mechanisms, and fully understand the current status of disease treatment and the mechanism of action of existing drugs;
2. Compound screening. Based on the designed compounds, utilizing internal and external resources, establish enzyme activity screening, cytological evaluation, and comprehensive evaluation of compounds using multiple platforms.
3. Pharmacodynamic validation and. Combining internal and external resources to conduct precise pharmacological model validation and related mechanism analysis targeting the mechanism of action of the target;
4. Patent application. Provide invention content and technical data to the intellectual property department based on the progress and different stage goals of the research and development project, timely carry out relevant patent applications, and continuously follow up on authorization
5. Enhance the professional level of the team. Organize team members to learn relevant knowledge around the cutting-edge developments in drug research and biotechnology
Job requirements.
(1) PhD degree in oncology or immunology, with at least 8 years of scientific research or 3 years of experience in innovative drug development; (2) Proficient in a certain disease research field, familiar with target validation and early development of pipeline platforms, able to independently design and develop solutions, analyze and solve problems, and have published no less than 5 relevant patent applications or articles in this field;
