Job Description.
1. Fully responsible for the technical roadmap of photovoltaic products, the entire process of new product development, and the launch of new products;
2. Ensure the competitiveness of the product, the timeliness of product supply, and the stability of product quality performance, coordinate the core management team, and ensure the sustainable development of the company.
Job Responsibilities.
1. Lead and grasp the research and development direction of photovoltaic products, study and formulate the company’s technological development route and strategic plan, organize the construction of the company’s core technological capabilities, form technological patent achievements, and establish technological barriers;
2. Lead the entire process of new product development in the company, including product definition, design and development implementation, product launch plan, etc;
3. Lead and coordinate the tackling and resolution of all difficult problems during the R&D process to ensure the efficiency of product development;
4. Responsible for organizing, designing, and building the technical department, attracting talent, team building, and performance management;
5. Other temporary projects assigned by the company.
Job requirements.
1. Major in photovoltaic materials, with a doctoral degree;
2. More than 10 years of experience in research and product development, proficient in BIPV photovoltaic material research and development experience;
3. More than 8 years of management experience in equivalent positions;
4. Proficient in the entire process of new product design and development, as well as project management;
5. Have a good market sense, a strong interest in exploring new technologies, and the ability to grasp the company’s technological development direction;
6. Possess entrepreneurial spirit, excellent organizational, coordination, and management skills, as well as problem-solving abilities;
7. Have keen insight, rigorous inductive ability, and adaptability;
8. Possess good team management skills, communication skills, and stress resistance.
