Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Design a specific experimental plan for new product development and conduct specific experiments.
2. Solve technical problems in the R&D process, and be responsible for summarizing and analyzing the problems and making reports
3. Lead the implementation of project management according to the planning or schedule of the product, ensuring the achievement of project goals.
4. Conduct product trial production and small-scale trial production, and test and analyze the technical quality of the products
5. Participate in the acceptance work of R&D products, summarize experience, and submit relevant work reports.
6. Provide corresponding technical support to relevant departments;
7. Provide technical support related to the product or project according to its requirements, and promote the smooth completion of the product and project
8. According to the company’s intellectual property management system and departmental plans, write and apply for relevant intellectual property rights (patents or software copyrights) for the products or projects to enhance the competitiveness of the products.
9. According to the company’s technical data management regulations, write, organize, and archive technical documents for the products or projects to ensure the integrity of product and project technical data.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements.
Education background. Doctoral degree, graduated from optics and related majors;
Work experience. More than three years of research and development work experience;
1. Deeply familiar with the application field of lasers and understand the technological trends in the technical field under its jurisdiction;
2. Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of laser optical design and familiar with the workflow related to research and development;
3. Familiarize oneself with quality standards in the technical field under jurisdiction and understand project management knowledge;
4. Must have experience with high-power continuous fiber lasers;
Personal qualities. flexible mind, clear organization, sharp thinking, strong ability to withstand pressure;
Equipment used. power meter, laser equipment, etc.;
