Job description ：
1. Research and analyze the current performance and efficiency status of household air conditioning heat exchangers, and collect and study efficient heat exchange technologies related to competitors;
2. Lead the technical research team to break through the efficiency improvement technology inside and outside the heat exchanger tube, and achieve support for energy efficiency improvement and commercial application of R290 refrigerant;
3. Participate in the strategic planning of household air conditioning heat exchanger technology and develop related execution project decomposition;
4. Regularly conduct experience analysis on heat exchanger technology and be responsible for cultivating the backbone of heat exchanger personnel;
1. Major in refrigeration and low-temperature engineering, thermal engineering, power engineering, mechanical engineering, etc., with more than 8 years of research experience in heat exchanger technology and a master’s degree or above;
2. Have a solid foundation in flow and heat transfer technology, familiar with performance analysis of air conditioning refrigeration systems, and master tools and methods such as CFD simulation and system simulation;
3. Having rich experience in testing and analyzing heat exchanger performance, possessing a dedicated research and exploration spirit in heat exchanger technology, active thinking, and possessing the basic concepts and qualities of quick action and efficient work;
4. Have good teamwork skills, excellent leadership and leadership abilities, and strong execution ability.
