Qualifications for the position
1. Major in refrigeration and low-temperature engineering, thermal engineering, power engineering, or related fields, with experience in R&D positions or research work;
2. Having a solid theoretical foundation in flow heat transfer and air conditioning circulation, with a broad perspective on energy-saving technologies for air conditioning components and systems, and expertise in energy-saving technology with practical experience in implementing such technologies;
3. Having systematic, rapid iterative, and continuously improving research literacy, and possessing the ability to overcome technical difficulties in product development;
4. Having a strong sense of innovation, responsibility, and resilience, and conducting rigorous and meticulous technical research;
5. Strong work initiative, good global perspective, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for researching high energy efficiency related technologies for household air conditioning products, leading corresponding project teams to tackle energy-saving technical challenges;
2. Check the feasibility and reliability of energy-saving technology solutions, and achieve breakthroughs in energy efficiency and performance indicators conversion;
3. Participate in the energy-saving direction technology planning of air conditioning products, ensuring the forward-looking layout of energy-saving technology research;
4. Regularly conduct experience sharing, participate in the formulation and revision of energy-saving technology standards, and be responsible for or involved in the construction of energy-saving laboratories.
