Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the research and development of the company’s 3C product metal material pre research project, conducting innovative research on new metal materials and processes;
2. Responsible for providing guidance on the selection, optimization, and design verification of metal materials related to powder metallurgy and high-strength steel, in conjunction with company products. Develop relevant standards for material selection and support the development of device materials for innovative architecture solutions;
3. Industry analysis and technology research direction formulation. Responsible for collecting information on the direction of metal materials, mastering industry technology development trends, conducting forward-looking application research on new material technologies, outputting technology plans and organizing research, and transforming material technology advantages into product competitiveness advantages;
4. Establish connections with relevant universities and institutions, take the lead in completing target market research and technology projects.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree or above in materials, machinery or related majors, doctoral degree is preferred. Doctoral degree requires at least 5 years of relevant work experience, while master’s degree requires at least 10 years of relevant work experience;;
2. Understand the development and application status of the technical field in the metal materials industry, master the direction of material modification, be familiar with the various properties and performance characterization of common metal materials, and have the ability to analyze material application failures;
3. Familiar with the processing principles and forming processes of metal materials such as carbon steel, aluminum, magnesium, zinc alloys, titanium alloys, magnesium lithium alloys, and their effects on various properties, proficient in metal corrosion mechanisms and protective measures;
4. Strong initiative in work, possessing excellent logical thinking and communication skills. Capable of withstanding significant work pressure and possessing excellent English reading and writing skills;
5. Priority will be given to those with successful experience in 0-1 product research and development to mass production in industries such as consumer electronics, new energy, automobiles, and data centers.
