Job description :
1. Responsible for formulating and overseeing the three first generation technology planning directions for heat pumps in the civilian field;
2. Research and organize high potential heating technologies, and develop precise technical research directions;
3. Responsible for/guiding the technical mechanism analysis and simulation demonstration in the early stage of the core heating technology project, and developing detailed implementation plans and schedules;
4. Lead the project team to advance the research project, solve technical difficulties in the process, and ultimately ensure that the research project is implemented as planned;
1. Experienced in the heat pump industry. Familiar with the dual carbon policy, familiar with the development trend of heat pump heating technology, grasp the future development direction of advanced air conditioning/heat pump technology, including academic frontiers, industry trends, global policy trends, etc.;
2. Proficient in the principles of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, with a deep understanding of the working principles and design methods of system components such as compressors, valves, flash evaporators, and water fluorine heat exchangers;
3. Having solid professional skills in analyzing and optimizing refrigeration systems;
4. Having an exploratory spirit, enthusiastic about innovative research, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
5. PhD degree and over 8 years of work experience in air conditioning and heat pumps;
