Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Follow up the development trend of thermal interface materials (TIM) in 3C industry, lead the research and development of TIM products, including but not limited to thermal conductive silicone grease, thermal conductive gel, thermal conductive silicone pad, output material technology planning and organize research, and transform material technology advantages into product competitiveness advantages;
2. Conduct research on key technologies of TIM materials, optimize TIM interface thermal resistance, and enhance product reliability and stability;
3. Collaborate with business units related to heat dissipation within the group;
4. Establish connections with relevant universities and institutions, take the lead in completing target market research and technology projects.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree or above in materials science or chemistry related majors, doctoral degree preferred. Doctoral degree requires at least 5 years of relevant work experience, while master’s degree requires at least 10 years of relevant work experience;
2. Be familiar with the development and application status of the technology field in the thermal interface material industry, and have experience in the R&D and implementation of at least one thermal interface material, such as thermal conductive silicone grease/thermal conductive gel/thermal conductive silicone pad, or have experience in the application of thermal conductive interface materials in consumer electronic terminal products and chip packaging and testing plants;
3. Strong initiative in work, possessing excellent logical thinking and communication skills. Capable of withstanding significant work pressure and possessing excellent English reading and writing skills.
