Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for formulating business and research and development plans for energy storage intelligence and battery intelligence, promoting cooperation with sister units of the business unit and research institute, and facilitating key technology research and development as well as the transformation and implementation of technological achievements;
2. Responsible for promoting the application of artificial intelligence technology in battery material research and development, battery health monitoring, battery life prediction, as well as the full lifecycle management of energy storage battery systems and energy storage power stations;
3. Responsible for promoting technological research and development cooperation with universities, institutions, and advantageous enterprises in the fields of energy storage intelligence and battery intelligence;
4. Guide and train R&D engineers to improve the team’s technical level;
5. Track and research the latest developments in energy storage intelligence and battery intelligence technology, promote technological innovation and application
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degrees in electrical, electronic information, energy and power, physics, materials physics, electrochemistry, and other related fields;
2. More than 10 years of research and development experience in the field of energy storage and energy;
3. Familiar with energy storage technology and artificial intelligence technology, with experience in big data analysis and system modeling and simulation;
4. Possess excellent interaction and communication skills, adapt to multi responsibility teams, be able to establish and maintain customer relationships, have experience in team management and project management, and be able to lead teams to complete project development tasks;
5. Possess excellent problem-solving skills, able to consider the overall situation, seek opportunities, and implement major changes;
6. Proactive, independent thinking, and able to actively solve problems;
7. Driven by quality, cost, and speed;
8. Pursuit of Excellence；
9. Ability to set and achieve challenging goals；
