Job description.
1. Cell selection, including data evaluation of electrical performance, safety performance, etc.
2. Confirmation of battery cell certification status, announcement, filing parameters, and mandatory inspection information.
3. Writing technical requirements for battery cells, modules, and systems, and preparing and confirming technical agreements.
4. Confirm the protection threshold, charging and discharging current, power and other parameters of the battery cell to ensure consistency with the system parameters.
5. Develop testing standards for related battery cells, modules, and systems.
6. Design and construction of test bench, processing of test data, and preparation of reports.
7. Analysis and handling of failure issues during the design and development phase.
Job requirements.
1. Lithium battery related majors are preferred, and understanding of the performance and characteristics of related battery cells (such as LFP, ternary, lithium manganese oxide, etc.) is required.
2. Ability to process, analyze, and report test data.
3. Possess the ability to design and construct experimental benches.
4. Doctoral degree, major in materials related fields.
