Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the operation and management of the Central Research Institute, as well as promoting various tasks according to the company’s strategic plan;
2. Responsible for analyzing existing products in the market and conducting research and pre research on potential products, studying the technological development trends of industry products, and organizing the preparation of a technology roadmap;
3. Responsible for organizing the collection of relevant professional and technical intelligence information at home and abroad, responsible for patent application, patent navigation, and patent layout, responsible for participating in the organization of major scientific and technological project initiation and application materials, and cooperating with the initiation and application work;
4. Responsible for establishing and improving the technology innovation system, organizing the initiation, implementation, acceptance, and evaluation of the group’s technology innovation projects;
5. Responsible for establishing and improving the standardization construction system, promoting technical standardization construction, and improving the IPD process;
6. Responsible for internal human resource planning, employee relationship management coordination, performance evaluation formulation and implementation, employee promotion and training within the department;
7. Responsible for organizing the implementation of technology research and development projects for testing technology, simulation technology, new materials and processes technology, and digital technology, and promoting the development and sharing of common technologies within the group.
Job requirements.
1. More than ten years of R&D experience in equipment manufacturing industry, and more than five years of R&D management experience; Proficient in product design for high-end molding equipment, familiar with relevant manufacturing processes and testing techniques, with independent design and research and development capabilities;
2. Master the industry, national and international standards, as well as the technological development trends of high-end molding equipment;
3. Proficient in using relevant office, simulation analysis, and design software;
4. Possess strong communication and assistance skills, management skills, and strategic analysis abilities;
5. Have good planning ability, able to formulate medium and long-term plans reasonably, and organize their implementation; Has innovative spirit and is good at finding reasonable ways to solve various problems.
6. Doctoral degree in mechanical, electrical, mechanical or control related fields; English proficiency level 6 or above, capable of reading, writing, and daily communication.
