Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Design and execute process experiments, conduct experimental data analysis and process feasibility studies, and be responsible for completing product process analysis reports.
2. Based on the problems encountered during the process of process development and corresponding solutions, patents, machine improvement plans (CIP), etc. are formed.
3. Provide technical presentations within the company, in front of clients, and at international and domestic academic conferences.
4. Understand the technical requirements of customers and provide development suggestions for new equipment.
5. Develop equipment processes on the client side. Work with product support engineers to solve difficult equipment issues.
Job requirements.
1. Chemistry, materials science, physics, chemical engineering and other related science and engineering majors, those with work experience are preferred, and fresh graduates are accepted.
2. Have good scientific research literacy and expression ability, proficient in searching and reading Chinese and English literature. Priority will be given to those who have authorized patents and published English papers.
3. Highly motivated, passionate about learning, capable of independently analyzing and solving problems, willing to accept challenges, and possessing strong pressure bearing abilities.
4. Pay attention to details and time management, with strong cross departmental and external cooperation abilities.
