Job description.
1. Adhere to laws and regulations, comply with national rules and regulations, obey leadership, and keep company secrets confidential.
2. Independently communicate with customers, provide pre-sales technical support, demo experiments and reports, after-sales acceptance support, etc
3. Complete customer requirement development&technical response, solve customer technical problems
4. Conduct equipment research and provide design requirements
5. Complete equipment process development and validation to ensure that the equipment meets the set SPEC
6. Manage the process database, continuously maintain and improve process accumulation
7. Product process technology support, product technical document writing
8. Form process technology patents or patents combining processes and equipment to protect the company’s core intellectual property rights
9. Maintenance of testing equipment and wafer management
Job requirements.
1. Science and engineering majors related to microelectronics/materials/materials/chemistry, with experience in dry plasma etching or fab preferred;
2. Possess good communication skills, proficient in searching and reading English literature, and experience in authorized invention patents is preferred;
3. Have ambition, love learning, and the ability to independently analyze and solve problems;
4. Willing to accept challenges and possess strong pressure bearing abilities;
5. Strong cooperation ability;
6. Proficient in using data analysis software;
