Job description.
1. Responsible for chemical process equipment related work, including process calculations, PFD&PID design, material balance preparation, data sheet preparation, condition diagram drawing, etc;
2. Responsible for proofreading the process technology scheme and equipment drawings provided by the process equipment manufacturer;
3. Participate in the development of pilot schemes, participate in pilot studies, and generate pilot reports;
4. Assist in completing the transformation of complete technical processes, optimize equipment and process technology solutions;
5. Assist in completing technical confirmation work during the engineering phase, including design review, equipment exchange and selection, technical clause confirmation, etc;
6. Assist the R&D team in developing new products and processes, and provide technical support;
7. Complete temporary tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering and Technology, Process Equipment and Control, with solid theoretical knowledge. Courses cover principles of chemical engineering, chemical thermodynamics, physical chemistry, material mechanics, etc. Experience in related process equipment projects is preferred;
2. Familiar with chemical processes such as reaction engineering and separation engineering;
3. Familiar with office software such as Microsoft Office, engineering drawing software such as CAD, and process simulation software such as ASPEN and PRO II;
4. Those who understand finite element simulation calculations are preferred, such as Fluent, CFX, ANSYS, etc;
4. Strong learning ability, communication and collaboration skills, able to adapt to business trips.
