1. PhD in Chemical Engineering, with over 20 years of work experience in domestic and foreign chemical enterprises;
2. Have successful experience in implementing advanced foreign management systems in domestic enterprises;
3. Possess experience in providing technical consulting services for safety management, production and operation management, implementation of excellent operation systems, and digital construction for subsidiary enterprises of China National Chemical Corporation;
4. Proficient in process design and product implementation of digital production and operation management software;
5. Have experience in process safety management, HSE system construction, HSE leadership construction, HSE strategic planning, safety training, and other aspects of chemical enterprises.
