Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for defining products such as household storage and large-scale storage, designing system solutions, familiar with industry development trends and cutting-edge energy storage technologies;
2. Lead the development of key technical solutions for key energy storage projects and photovoltaic inverter projects;
3. Responsible for exploring and researching cutting-edge energy storage technologies, building product competitiveness through devices, packaging, topology, control strategies, structures, etc., and leading the team to complete pre research.
4. Responsible for the design and formulation of energy storage related technical specifications, forming scientifically rigorous design guidance;
5. Responsible for the overall coordination of energy storage projects, resource mobilization, risk control, project management, etc., accumulating key technologies for the department, and cultivating reserve talents.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD degree, with over 8 years of experience in hardware development and design in the field of new energy (photovoltaics, energy storage, inverters, photovoltaic storage system integration, etc.), possessing strong product planning capabilities; Individuals with outstanding experience or abilities may have their work experience requirements relaxed;
2. Familiar with various hardware topologies, core circuits such as drivers, filters, and leakage current design requirements for rectifier, inverter, and other converter modules; And have experience in application scenarios such as batteries, energy storage, photovoltaics, microgrids, etc;
3. Familiar with the selection and design of core components such as MCU, driver IC, power IC, inductor, capacitor, etc;
4. Familiar with industry conditions and technological development trends, able to lead the direction and pace of inverter power technology development.
5. Strong innovative spirit, able to build product competitiveness through innovation in devices, packaging, topology, control strategies, structures, etc;
6. Has strong resilience, project team coordination ability, and systematic thinking ability.
