Duty.
1. Responsible for planning innovative products and cutting-edge technologies in the field of energy storage, developing energy storage system technology routes and specific implementation plans, guiding relevant teams to promote market planning, technology research and development, and product development;
2. Responsible for the system integration design of energy storage products, including battery system solutions, BMS, PCS and EMS, temperature control and fire protection solutions, coordinating relevant technical directions to complete detailed designs of batteries, electrical, structural, thermal management, electrical performance, fire safety, etc., guiding the integration of energy storage systems and ensuring the successful implementation of projects;
3. Responsible for researching and exploring cutting-edge technologies in the field of energy storage, and promoting technological research cooperation with universities, institutions, and industry peers;
4. Participate in the construction of energy storage system platforms, the formation of system research and development teams, and the training of technical talents.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Doctoral degree in electrochemistry, electrical engineering, mechanical design, electrical control, power electronics or related majors;
2. More than 2 years of experience in the new energy industry, with over 5 years of experience in lithium battery energy storage technology research and product development. Candidates with experience in battery cell development and mass production, industrial and commercial energy storage, large-scale energy storage, and supercharging system research and development are preferred;
3. Familiar with various related knowledge such as energy storage material systems/batteries/PACK structures/power distribution/power/BMS software and hardware/algorithms;
4. Familiar with the design and development of energy storage products such as battery cells/PACK/systems, research on lithium-ion battery technology, BMS and EMS algorithm research, multi physics modeling, AI data-driven algorithms, and other related knowledge;
5. Familiar with energy storage system integration solutions and functional characteristics, experience in successfully developing energy storage system products above MW level is preferred.
