Job Description.
1. Responsible for the technological research and development of the next-generation general robot platform, leading the development and construction of core cutting-edge directions including active perception, understanding, interaction, complex task planning and decision-making, skill learning and control, data-driven intelligent manipulation, embodied intelligent multimodal large models, imitative learning, digital twin simulation, etc
2. Based on business needs orientation, lead internal and external communication and collaboration, responsible for project planning and process implementation management, responsible for the full process work management of related research and development, testing, and integration, as well as debugging during the implementation process
3. Responsible for planning and formulating cutting-edge technologies for general robots, grasping the latest development trends in the industry, and promoting the team to produce high-quality technological achievements
Job requirements.
1. A doctoral degree or above in a computer related field is preferred, with years of experience in areas such as robot perception, robot operation, embodied intelligence, robot simulation, AI, etc.;
2. Solid theoretical foundation in perception direction, with a deep understanding of related fields such as perception/robot simulation systems/multimodal multitasking/embodied intelligence/imitation learning/multimodal large models, etc.;
3. Have the ability to lead the team in cutting-edge algorithm research and engineering implementation, and achieve high-quality technology implementation;
4. Grasp the trend of cutting-edge technology development and have the ability to plan and solve related challenging problems;
5. Good communication skills, serious and responsible work, team management experience is preferred;
6. Priority will be given to those with experience in implementing high-quality technological achievements;
7. Priority will be given to those who have published relevant academic papers in tier 1 international conferences and journals.
