Job description ：
1. Assist the Director of the Technical Center in formulating annual technical plans, providing market information for extending the company’s industrial chain, and offering project reserve directions.
If serving as a sub project manager, one must lead the research and development of new technologies and products; Develop a pre research product implementation plan and monitor progress; As a project member, promote and implement pre research product testing, and achieve various development tasks according to the project plan.
3. Provide technical support and guidance, technical training, and technical exchanges to the R&D departments of various business units of the company.
Job requirements.
1. Familiar with new generation information technology (optical communication), intelligent manufacturing and other industry knowledge.
2. Skills. Have a certain understanding of mapping software and data analysis software; Language. Solid foundation in English.
3. Possess good communication and coordination skills, organizational and implementation abilities, strong ability to independently solve problems, and a strong spirit of exploration and innovation.
