Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Lead the establishment of the Air Conditioning Electronic Control Technology Innovation Laboratory;
2. Responsible for establishing testing standards and developing testing methods for electronic control technology;
3. Carry out data analysis, data application, and collaborative research and development of innovative businesses;
4. Responsible for building a frequency conversion technology testing team and developing the capabilities and training of testing personnel.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD or above, major in power electronics, power engineering, electrical automation, mechatronics, or related engineering fields;
2. More than 5 years of work experience in electronic control and frequency conversion software/hardware design and development, with priority given to experience in electrical control and frequency conversion evaluation in the home appliance industry;
3. Strong professional skills in the field of electrical control or frequency conversion technology, with a solid theoretical foundation in power electronic conversion principles, magnetic components, and power semiconductor devices. Familiar with IPM IGBT, Application and failure mechanism analysis of operational amplifiers and other devices;
4. Having certain project management experience and abilities, able to lead a team to efficiently complete experimental work such as test plan design, test standard formulation, and test data analysis.
