Job description ：
1. Having rich theoretical knowledge and experience in chemical synthesis, proficient in using literature research, independently designing topics and synthesis routes, and possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
2. Participate in the formulation of the company’s medium – and long-term strategic plans for the development of new technology platforms and new technology products, and execute them according to the plans;
3. Responsible for the annual plan and budget of the company’s R&D projects, organizing the implementation of R&D projects, and tracking project progress;
4. Responsible for building, training, supervising, and motivating the company’s R&D team to enhance the overall business level of the department;
5. Responsible for understanding industry development trends, understanding changes in market demand, and leading the formulation of technology development strategic plans;
6. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with various business departments of the company to ensure technical support from the R&D department to the business departments.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, major in pharmacy, chemistry or related fields, fluent in English reading and writing;
2. Having over 3 years of experience in research and development management in related industries;
3. Have the spirit of scientific research, innovation ability, team leadership ability, and strategic planning ability to explore boldly.
