Job description.
1. Responsible for writing, implementing, and following up on company project plans;
2. Responsible for drafting the company’s strategic plan and supervising its implementation;
3. Responsible for the research and development of the company’s core technologies, and solving critical technical problems;
4. Coordinate various departments to ensure smooth project progress;
5. Assist decision-makers in formulating development strategies, responsible for short-term and long-term goal decisions and strategies, and achieving the company’s medium – and long-term performance goals;
6. Other tasks assigned by the company.
Job requirements.
1. Excellent academic performance, good physical health, and strong sense of work responsibility;;
2. Have excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills by passing the CET-6 exam;
3. The current research direction is consistent or similar to the company’s business direction;
4. Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills, with a rigorous and meticulous work attitude, and possessing a spirit of teamwork;;
5. Solid professional foundation, profound theoretical knowledge, strong disciplinary research ability, able to independently complete the initiation and implementation of scientific and technological projects, with good written and oral expression skills.
