Job description ：
Main responsibilities.
-Responsible for researching and developing nanomaterials and polymer materials products;
-Understand customer needs, develop research and development plans, and execute them;
-Responsible for optimizing existing technologies and developing new products;
-Participate in project evaluation, supervise and track project progress and quality;
-Assist in organizing communication and coordination between departments to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
Job requirements.
-PhD or above, major in chemistry, polymer materials or related fields;
-UV curing system, monomer, resin, initiator, epoxy resin, colorant;
