1. Responsible for solving process difficulties in the research and development of photovoltaic semiconductor equipment for the company;
2. Research and development of front-end process technology;
3. Collaborate with departments such as mechanical, electrical, and software to upgrade and improve existing CVD ALD diffusion equipment;
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, with experience in photovoltaics or semiconductors;
