Job description ：

The research direction is focused on the key reliability technologies of Hongfa products.
1. Research on Reliability Testing and Evaluation Technology;
2. Arc research;
3. Research on improving and enhancing product reliability;
4. Establish a combination of parameter analysis and physical analysis for arc analysis research capabilities;
5. Apply analytical research capabilities to promote the reliability improvement of 2-3 relays (including high-voltage DC relays) and other products.
Job requirements.
1. Electrical related majors;
2. Reliability related majors;
3. Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; Has good teamwork spirit and strong communication and coordination skills; Serious and rigorous work attitude, proactive and positive.
