Job description ：
1. Responsible for the pre research, development, and implementation of new technologies, including modules and devices used in the fields of optical communication and sensing;
2. Conduct theoretical research, simulation, and emulation work to optimize the performance of optical systems;
3. Develop technical feasibility plans and conduct performance testing and verification;
4. Collaborate with team members to explore innovative product directions and solutions;
5. Responsible for writing relevant technical reports, papers, patents, standards, etc;
6. Representing the company in academic exchanges, etc.
Recruitment requirements.
1. Doctoral degree in optics or related field;
2. Familiar with physical optics, applied optics, Gaussian optics, aberration theory, etc., possessing solid knowledge and research experience in optics;
3. Familiar with optical instrument equipment and laboratory operations, with certain experience in optical design and optimization;
4. Possess good teamwork spirit and communication skills, and be able to actively participate in the research work of the project team;
5. Possess good English reading and writing skills, able to read and write professional literature;
6. Candidates with experience in optical communication are preferred; Priority is given to those who have published high-level academic papers in related fields and hold patents.
