Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing the materials team, developing material pre research directions, following up on the entire project development process, ensuring that materials, manpower, and timelines are controllable, and that the R&D project achieves expected results;
2. Responsible for the development of new materials according to the company’s positioning requirements;
3. Responsible for conducting market research and analysis on the application of new materials and processes in products;
4. Follow up on the application of new materials and processes in products, conduct relevant testing and design improvements;
5. Promote the introduction of new materials and processes for products, and evaluate their performance and quality;
6. Regularly share technical exchanges on new materials and enhance the capabilities of department personnel.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree or above, majoring in magnetic materials or similar materials;
More than 10 years of experience in magnetic material development or research. Familiarity with amorphous, nanocrystalline, ferrite and other magnetic materials is preferred;
3. English can be used as a working language and has strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities;
4. Ability in data analysis and processing, with strong communication skills and resilience.
