Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, graduated from an electrical related major;
2. Experience in designing automation equipment, able to independently complete the design, programming, and debugging of electrical parts of automation equipment;
3. Proficient in using CAD or Eplan for drawing, proficient in PLC and HMI programming, proficient in designing and shaping servo motors, and familiar with the use of industrial buses such as EtherCAT;
4. Experience in developing electrical control programs for semiconductor equipment, familiar with SEMI related specifications;
5. Good overall quality, able to accept certain business trips.
Job Responsibilities.
1. Prepare bidding proposals, collaborate with the sales department to create equipment bidding proposals and quotations, and be responsible for the production of electrical components;
2. Plan production, based on equipment technical requirements, collaborate with the mechanical design department to develop equipment research and development plans;
3. Drawing, according to the final equipment plan, draw electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and production department drawings for the equipment;
4. Selection and list production, responsible for selecting, comparing, and creating procurement plans and electrical procurement lists for electrical components; 5. Program writing. Based on the device action flowchart, write device programs, including programs for programmable devices such as PLC, touch screen, robot, servo, vision system, etc;
6. Verify the program and debug it according to the technical requirements of the device to achieve the required technical parameters. Record the problems and parameter settings during debugging;
7. On site debugging, cooperating with the after-sales service department and customer on-site debugging and equipment improvement, and providing operational training to relevant personnel of the customer;
8. Problem feedback, report all issues after equipment debugging to various departments, organize relevant personnel to hold meetings to discuss and solve problems, and cooperate with the sales department to inspect equipment at customer locations;
9. Instruction manual production, equipment operation manual and maintenance circuit diagram production;
10. Data and program archiving, collection, organization, and archiving of electrical and graphic materials.
