In order to enhance the overall technical strength of the company, maintain its position in technological innovation, and promote the development of the company’s postdoctoral workstation, we are now recruiting PhDs from both domestic and overseas to work at the company’s postdoctoral workstation. Responsible for researching and breaking through technical difficulties in the industry, and promoting the industrial application of related technologies in the company.
Research direction.
1. Optics and Materials Direction. Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics and other related majors
2. Direction of Control Systems and Algorithms. Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Software Engineering, Digital Media Technology and other related majors
Training objectives.
Workstations fully leverage the advantages of enterprise website management, and through a combination of technical research, market research, and practical experience, cultivate high-level excellent technical experts and technical management talents for Abbison. The workstation attaches great importance to the integration of industry, academia and research, and has established a system to dispatch postdoctoral fellows to the company’s technical department to carry out practical work. The technical department includes departments such as the Technology Innovation Center and R&D.
Job requirements.
1. Obtained a doctoral degree both domestically and internationally within the past three years, with excellent professional skills and a major that meets the requirements of the company;
2. Ability to independently conduct scientific research, solid research skills, honesty and trustworthiness, due diligence, and high professional standards;
3. Have good English reading and writing skills, team management abilities, communication and coordination skills, and possess a spirit of teamwork;
