1、 Basic conditions
(1) In principle, those under the age of 35 (including 35 years old) should have excellent academic performance, physical and mental health, a good academic background, strong innovation vitality and academic potential, and the ability to independently conduct research work;
(2) Outstanding PhDs who have graduated from well-known universities and research institutes at home and abroad in the past 2 years or have achieved high-level research results with great development potential.
(3) Being able to engage in full-time postdoctoral scientific research at cutting-edge technology research institutes;

Professional requirements. Mechanical engineering, instrumentation, electrical engineering, computer science and technology, control science and engineering, information and communication engineering, numerical control and other related fields.
3、 Support measures
Those selected for the Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program, Postdoctoral International Exchange Program, and approved by the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation will receive corresponding funding based on their awards.
4、 Salary and benefits
1. (1) Postdoctoral fellows. Annual salary of 400000 to 500000 yuan
(2) Team position. Annual salary of 350000 to 400000 yuan
(3) Research position. Annual salary of 250000 to 300000 yuan
