Job description ：
The Director/Senior Director of Drug Device Combination will serve as the supervisor to lead the drug device combination team, responsible for promoting the development and commercialization of key combination product technologies. This position will be responsible for new drug delivery technology equipment and drug integration at the company level, helping product teams identify technical challenges and potential solutions to enhance the value of drugs to patients and healthcare systems.

1. As the team leader, to support problem identification, generate ideas, and identify potential technical solutions.
2. Propose innovative ideas to help the team understand technological opportunities;
3. Manage any additional work that needs to be improved before the solution assumption is ready for initial evaluation.
4. To contribute to the development of comprehensive technology strategy, serving as a key resource and subject matter expert in the discovery, evaluation, and selection of innovative technologies.
5. Work closely with the internal technical team to lead the drug device combination team in developing strategies to discover, evaluate, and select innovative technologies.
6. Evaluate innovative and feasible solutions for external devices to ensure that all designed functionalities comply with the company’s quality assurance requirements and applicable regulatory requirements.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, with over 3 years of experience in technology, strategy, and innovation; Master’s degree with over 8 years of experience in technology, strategy, and innovation; Bachelor’s degree, with over 10 years of experience in technology, strategy, and innovation.
2. 3 years of direct management experience, leading teams, projects, planning or guiding resource allocation.
3. Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with a profound understanding of technology and biopharmaceutical fields.
4. Good communication and leadership skills, able to effectively guide and manage team members.
5. Familiar with other fields, including regulations, markets, and clinical practices.
