Job Responsibilities.
Responsible for team management in the pharmacology and efficacy department, developing work plans, planning and designing experimental protocols for non clinical pharmacology and efficacy related research according to task requirements.
Responsible for research tasks, taking the lead in analyzing various problems that arise during research, and controlling the scientific and rational nature of experiments.
Analyze and interpret research results, write experimental research summary reports and relevant SOPs.
Write and review SOPs related to experiments/instruments, and provide operational training for technical personnel.
Responsible for project management, timely reporting work progress to superiors, and cooperating with the client to carry out communication work.
Technical guidance is divided into two directions.
① In vivo. Familiar with the construction of in vivo models (tumors, fibrosis, cardiovascular, metabolism, etc.), familiar with the formulation and implementation management of preclinical (animal experiments) pharmacological research plans for complex IND requirements.
② In vitro. Familiar with in vitro models and related biological matrices (cells, plasma, proteins, microsomes, etc.) for drug screening experiments, including physical and chemical properties, drug distribution, drug metabolism, and drug drug interactions. Familiar with the construction of genetically engineered cells and the management of cell banks.
Job requirements.
Major in pharmacology, biology, tumor immunology, molecular/cell engineering, or related fields, with a doctoral degree and over 3 years of work experience.
Passionate about scientific research, rigorous academic style, down-to-earth work, proactive and enterprising, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and strong independent work ability.
Proficient in experimental animal science/molecular biology/cell biology and other experimental techniques.
Understand the regulations and relevant guiding principles for drug registration management.
