[Job Responsibilities]
1. According to the company’s strategic development requirements, manage the work of the R&D department, formulate R&D strategies and plans, and ensure that R&D work is in line with the overall company strategy.
2. Establish an efficient R&D organization and product development process according to company goals, continuously optimize product development processes, and improve R&D efficiency and product quality.
3. Effectively supervise and control the development process of projects and new products, and be responsible for the process and results. Ensure that the project is completed on time and with quality, achieving the expected goals.
4. Responsible for solving various difficult problems that arise during the product development process and guiding the development work.
5. Plan, establish and implement a new product documentation system to ensure standardization and normalization of research and development results.
6. Responsible for building the company’s research team and cultivating reserve talents. Select outstanding talents, develop training plans, and enhance the overall quality and level of the team.
7. Participate in the initiation of R&D projects and develop specific implementation plans for approved R&D projects. Supervise, manage, and guide the progress and quality of the project, and ensure that the research and development work is completed on time and with quality.
8. Guide, supervise, and review the technology transfer work of various research and development projects to ensure the smooth transformation and application of technology.
9. Responsible for negotiating research and development projects for external cooperation and building expert resources. Maintain good communication and cooperative relationships with partners, introduce excellent resources, and promote the improvement of the company’s research and development level.
10. Participate in the investigation and evaluation of intended research and development projects. Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of potential research and development projects to provide scientific basis for company decision-making.
[Job Requirements]
1. PhD degree, major in inorganic non-metallic materials, metallic materials, chemical engineering, etc., with solid professional knowledge and rich practical experience. PhD is preferred.
2. Having over 10 years of experience in R&D management and successfully driving multiple R&D projects is preferred.
3. Familiar with enterprise R&D processes and project management processes, possessing excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
4. Having excellent team management skills and talent development experience, able to inspire team innovation enthusiasm and promote the achievement of team goals.
5. Having keen market insight and business thinking, able to grasp the company’s R&D strategic direction from a global perspective.
6. Having excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively handle cooperative relationships with various departments.
7. Having certain network resources and industry perspectives can bring more opportunities for cooperation and resource integration to the company
