Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Guide and participate in the discovery, validation, and biological mechanism research of new drug targets. Conduct in vitro and in vivo biological evaluation experiments on drugs.
2. Pay attention to the latest technological developments in the industry, introduce and apply advanced biotechnology and methods. Promote technological innovation in the department, improve research and development efficiency and quality.
3. Responsible for the bio related part of innovative drug research and development projects, ensuring that the projects proceed as planned. Monitor project progress and promptly address technical challenges and risks.
4. Manage an efficient biological research team, motivate team members, and create a positive atmosphere of innovation and collaboration.
5. Work closely with other departments within the company, such as the Chemistry Department, Clinical Department, etc., to ensure the coordinated progress of projects. Collaborate and communicate with external partners (academic institutions, CROs, etc.) to expand resources and technological channels.
6. Support innovative drug projects and provide professional evaluation opinions.
7. Other related tasks arranged by the leader.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree in Biology and related fields.- Having over 10 years of experience in innovative drug development and over 3 years of team management experience.
2. Proficient in knowledge and experimental techniques related to molecular biology, cell biology, and other related fields.
3. Familiar with innovative drug development processes and relevant regulations.
4. Having excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Has good communication and coordination skills, as well as teamwork spirit. Having innovative thinking and strategic vision.
5. Passionate about innovative drug research and development, able to withstand work pressure.
