Job description.
1. Lead the bioinformatics team to complete the development and testing of bioinformatics tools, establish bioinformatics analysis processes, and manage daily operations and maintenance;
2. Cooperate with the R&D team to complete annual development tasks, lead the group’s bioinformatics team to complete personnel training and process standardization;
3. Lead the team to meet personalized clinical or customer needs, as well as research requirements;
4. Keep up with the forefront of industry development and promote the automation and intelligence of bioinformatics processes.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Master’s degree or above in bioinformatics, biology, and medicine related majors;
2. More than 5 years of work experience in tumor bioinformatics, and more than 3 years of team management experience;
3. Proficient in scripting languages such as R, Python, Perl, Shell, etc., proficient in Java/C/C++development, algorithm optimization, and front-end and back-end development;
4. Has strong experience in developing bioinformatics tools, building bioinformatics analysis processes, and operating them.
