Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Participate in the research and characterization of single photon avalanche devices (e.g. PADs, SiPMs, etc.);
2. Participate in experimental design, improve and iterate device design;
3. Responsible for device performance characterization, leading the testing team to conduct testing experiments, analyzing device data, and evaluating the performance of devices on bare chips and after packaging;
4. Responsible for developing device level testing systems and collaborating with software and hardware engineers to test and develop hardware and software systems;
5. Pay attention to advanced characterization methods for devices and promote the implementation of characterization schemes.
Job requirements.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in physics, electronics, microelectronics, materials science and engineering, with experience in the electronic hardware industry or excellent fresh graduates;
2. Familiar with basic knowledge of electronic information technology, circuit design, semiconductor, microelectronics, optics, materials and other related majors;
3. Understand semiconductor physical devices and have a certain understanding of circuit design;
4. English proficiency level 4 or above, fluent in listening, reading, and writing;
5. Proficient in using office software and drawing software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc;
6. Proficient in TCAD simulation of semiconductor devices, with some proficiency in Python or Matlab programming preferred.
