Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Develop devices and related technologies with competitive performance and cost;
2. Effectively design epitaxial and device structures, and participate in the improvement of device performance;
3. Master the production process of GaAs and InP lasers, and possess 1-2 specialties;
4. Participate in the research and development, lifespan, and reliability product certification of new products;
5. Master the testing, FA and other analysis methods of devices;
6. Effectively analyze, summarize, and report the progress of experiments and projects, and write articles and patents as needed;
7. Participate in or manage project applications, experiments, and reports.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree in semiconductor optoelectronics;
2. Ability to design, test, and analyze semiconductor devices;
3.3-5 years of experience in semiconductor laser device and product research and development;
