Job Responsibilities.
1. According to the group’s talent plan, responsible for the introduction of doctoral and high-end R&D talents;
2. Develop, maintain, evaluate, and analyze various high-end talent recruitment channels;
3. Carry out recruitment, selection, interview, selection, placement and other work;
4. Establish and improve the recruitment process and system for high-end talents in the company;
5. Establish a selection plan and talent reserve mechanism for doctoral reserve talents.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, priority given to majors in science and engineering;
2. Able to effectively explore recruitment channels and skilled in efficiently obtaining candidate information from multiple channels;
3. Possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a strong sense of teamwork;
4. Possess pioneering and innovative spirit, excellent organizational and coordination skills.
