Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for literature search, scheme design, project management, and problem-solving of R&D projects, leading R&D personnel to complete the company’s arranged R&D projects according to the timeline, writing completion reports, SOPs, and patents, and regularly and proactively reporting and summarizing work to superiors orally and in writing;
2. Organize core technology research and breakthroughs, lead the overall project design, process step development and optimization of new processes and technologies, guide and review project technical solutions, and be responsible for supervising implementation;
3. Responsible for conducting technical trials, pilot projects, and transitioning to mass production for R&D projects, and assisting in resolving technical issues that arise during production;
4. Regularly conduct research on industry, market, competitors, and customers to understand peer product development and trends, and provide strategic direction support for the company’s research and development;
5. Responsible for managing and cultivating an efficient R&D team.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree required, major in polymer chemistry, chemical engineering, organic synthesis related fields, with 5 years or more of experience in organic synthesis product research and development preferred;
2. Proficient in the physical property requirements, organic synthesis processes, and experimental equipment of special engineering plastics, familiar with industry standards for special engineering plastic materials;
3. Having a keen sense of industry technology development trends and business development trends, and having unique insights into key technologies;
4. Clear thinking, strong logic, excellent learning ability, research spirit, innovation ability, and team spirit.
