[Job Responsibilities]
1. Define problems in the workplace, collect and analyze data, build analytical models, and provide relevant suggestions; Skilled in mining potential patterns from organizational behavior and management, finance, marketing, and other data, searching for correlation and causality indicators and models, understanding the business needs of organizational behavior, modeling, and implementing algorithm results.
2. Provide professional insights from disciplines such as data analysis to support the construction of business forecasting and simulation models for business development strategies or process operation issues.
3. Research and introduce excellent practical solutions in the industry, study excellent practices in the construction of big data systems, and keep pace with the industry.
4. Through feasibility data analysis, identify business application opportunities and provide solutions.
[Job Requirements]
1. Doctoral degree, graduates from renowned universities both domestically and internationally are given priority consideration; Mathematics, statistics, psychology, physics, computer science, economics and other related majors; Priority will be given to those who have published articles in top international journals;
2. Interested in organizational economics and organizational behavior, and aspire to use organizational economics theory to promote digital transformation of enterprises;
3. Proficient in at least one programming language or statistical tool, such as SQL, Python, R, JMP, SPSS, etc; Proficient in network analysis tools such as Gephi, UCINET, etc;
4. Proficient in social network analysis methods, commonly used statistical methods (clustering analysis, time series analysis, regression analysis), machine learning algorithms, etc.;
5. Strong English reading ability, able to adapt to reading a large number of English literature in work;
